Description
This track shows protein-coding genes annotated by the
Beijing Genomics Institute (BGI). When Single Nucleotide Polymorphisms (SNPs)
and/or insertions/deletions from BGI have been associated
with a gene, those SNPs are listed with links to their details pages.
Methods
Gene annotations were collected from several different sources:
- Hans_Cheng
- Leif_Andersson
- Martien_Groenen
- GenBank_complete
- GenBank_partial
- HumanDiseaseGene
- IMS-GSF
- UMIST (orf less than 300)
- UMIST (orf more than 300)
