Description

This track shows protein-coding genes annotated by the Beijing Genomics Institute (BGI). When Single Nucleotide Polymorphisms (SNPs) and/or insertions/deletions from BGI have been associated with a gene, those SNPs are listed with links to their details pages.

Methods

Gene annotations were collected from several different sources:

• Martien_Groenen
• GenBank_complete
• GenBank_partial
• HumanDiseaseGene
• IMS-GSF
• UMIST (orf less than 300)
• UMIST (orf more than 300)
