Description
This track shows regions of the $organism assembly that have had one
or more problems identified. The "score" of each item is
the number of problems identified in that region. The name of each item
is composed of one or more acronyms indicating the nature of the problem(s):
- HI: Haplotype inconsistency
- IL: Illogical links
- LI: Linking inconsistency
- MRP: Missing read partners
- NG: Negative gap
