Description

This annotation consolidates regulatory regions from ORegAnno and locus experts. ORegAnno holds literature-curated regulatory elements and mutations (mutations not included in this track).

Display Conventions and Configuration

The display may be filtered to show regulatory, promoter, enhancer, or hypersensitive sites. To exclude certain types of regions from the display, check the appropriate boxes in the "Exclude region type" list at the top of the description page.

Methods

The information shown in this track was compiled from data provided by ORegAnno, Laura Elnitski, Ross Hardison, Doug Higgs, and Jim Hughes (see Credits). Refer to Elnitski et al. (2003) in the References section for more information.
