This track shows HOX genes which have been annotated using information on sequence similarity between Tetraodon vs. human, mouse and zebrafish HOX protein and nucleotide sequences. HOX Genes annotations are found only on chromosomes 2, 8, 9, 17, 21 and Un_random.
