There are no gaps in the WS180 $organism assembly.
The Aug. 2007 Caenorhabditis elegans assembly is based on sequence version WS180 deposited into WormBase as of 10 Oct. 2007. The sequence was produced jointly by the Sanger Institute in Hinxton, England and the Genome Sequencing Center in St. Louis.
