CisOrtho, the Cis-regulatory element search with
Ortholog-based filtering, was written by me, but
with input and extensive testing and bug reports
by Adam Wenick.  The original idea
to use HMMER software to search DNA for transcription
factor binding sites was that of Allan Wong.  This
work was done as a project in Oliver Hobert's Lab.
