Mouse Recombinant Inbred Line BXA Genotype Data

This page contains images of the haplotype block structure of the BXA RIL panel. All results are computed relative to Build 33 and Build 34 of the mouse genome.

In each image, the SNP markers run horizontally and the RI strains vertically. The founders of the panel are at the bottom of the image. Alleles are colour-coded orange (founder A), yellow (founder B). Where the founders do not differ the colour is intermediate. Heterozygote genotypes are black, and missing genoypes white. Thus, in a given RI, haplotype blocks descended from founder A are orange rectangles and haplotype blocks descended from founder B are yellow rectangles. Black rectangles may indicate regions of the genome which have retained heterozygosity despite inbreeding, and white rectangles may represent deletions.
