typed across 13377 SNPs. All results are computed relative to Build 33 of the mouse genome.

The perl script sdp.pl used to generate the images runs off the chromosome-specific files also available for download. To run it you must have the Perl GD package installed. Then issue a command like

       ril.pl -datafile Contributed.chr1.build33.17042005.txt.gz -reference C57BL/6J  -regex "^BXD" -png Contributed.chrX.png

which will generate the image for thedata excluding the BXD RI set on chromosome X, written to the PNG file ContributedchrX.png. The regex argument filters those strains belonging to the RI set.
