Mouse Recombinant Inbred Line (RIL) Genotype Data

typed across 13377 SNPs. All results are computed relative to Build 33 and Build34 of the mouse genome.

The perl script ril.pl used to generate the images runs off the chromosome-specific files also available for download. To run it you must have the Perl GD package installed. Then issue a command like

       ril.pl -datafile Contributed.chr1.build33.17042005.txt -founderA C57BL/6J -founderB DBA/2J -regex "^BXD" -png BXD.chrX.png

which will generate the image for the BXD RI set on chromosome X, written to the PNG file chrX.png. The founders of the RI are defined using the founderA and founderB arguments. The regex argument filters those strains belonging to the RI set.
